“ Cute place for a nicer dinner/date! I can see why they’re a popular wedding venue. Came to try their dine out menu, it was a really good deal! Portions were very generous and everything was tasty. I also enjoyed the Shanghai Fizz drink especially the underlying flavors of lychee :) For dessert we definitely enjoyed our basque cheesecake more than the chocolate cake! The server we had was lovely! ”

“ We visited this place for the first time tonight and must say what a wonderful experience it was! We originally went for their 49 3 course Dine Out Vancouver (DOV) offering which had a great selection of choices. From which I had their crispy pork belly appetizer, rack of lamb for main, and vanilla cheesecake for dessert. All that was presented beautifully and cooked well. Lamb was tender & juicy with sides that tasted great as well, cheesecake was nice and rich with a nice berry sauce and granola crumble, and although the pork belly also tasted good it was just a tad overcooked. On top of the DOV special they also offered a 55 4 course special which is what my gf opted for instead. Her appetizer and starter were set with no options and they were beet salad and butternut squash soup. The beet salad was good but the standout out of the two was the soup. Very tasty and they added this surprise very small pocket ravioli sort of thing in the middle, which although was quite small, elevated the dish. She opted for steak and lobster as her main and the steak was cooked perfect with great grill/char flavour. Sides for her main were the same as mine (grilled asparagus, grilled tomato, butter mash, gravy, and grilled king oyster mushroom) which she said she enjoyed as well. For my lamb though they also included a sweet potato or yam puree. Lobster tail although not huge was a little bigger than what was expected for the price which was nice. For her dessert she opted for chocolate with ice cream served with whipped cream mousse and chocolate sauce. Nothing special but still at the level you'd expect from a fine dining establishment. Speaking of fine dining, not only was it amazing pricing for what we got, the ambience was great (I can see why people host their weddings there) and the service was PHENOMEMAL! We have to give our server Laura a BIG shout out for making it an exceptional experience for us tonight and the rest of the staff that served us were also top notch professionals. I'd rate service here a 6/5 based on our experience tonight and will definitely be returning. Pics for your reference but please note they don't do justice compared to the real thing as i'm not good at taking them and lighting was dim like all fine dining places. ”

“ There is no doubt we picked the perfect location for our big day. Riverway Clubhouse offers a modern venue with a touch of rustic charm. I love how the reception area is connected to an outdoor patio and leads seamlessly to the ceremony area, right beside a small lake with a fountain and overlooking the lush greenery of the golf course. The facilities and landscaping are impeccably maintained. I must also mention how stunning the sunset was, casting its glow right above the fountain in August and creating a magical scene for our sunset photos. This is something we will never forget! We are so happy we chose the plated dinner option, which was a crucial requirement for us. The food was amazing, and many of our guests complimented it, especially the dessert buffet. The serving staff and bartenders were professional and fun to talk to. Supervisors Bradley, Laura, and Tegan were friendly and accommodating with all our requests, making the wedding planning process smooth and worry-free. Thank you for making us feel special. “ I am so happy we chose Riverway as our wedding venue. Everything went perfectly. The whole process was very organized and the staff were all awesome to deal with. Bradley was our contact through the whole process and he was very kind, professional and patient with my million and 7 questions! All my quests were very impressed by the food and many said it was best wedding food they have ever had. The desserts were also delicious. I also received a lot of compliments on how beautiful the venue is. The staff were very on top of the buffet and making sure food was replaced as soon as getting low and the chef was able to accommodate the few guests I had who had special dietary needs. One of the reasons I chose Riverway was the very transparent pricing as well. I compared several venues before choosing and I especially liked how straightforward the pricing structure is at Riverway and it made it easy to plan my budget. I have zero regrets or complaints and could not have chosen a better place to share my special day. Update: Two weeks after wedding I am still getting calls and texts about how good the good the food was. Many friends shocked two vegetarians had such good meat dishes and said the prime rib was perfection. ”
